Qiang is a post-doctoral researcher working on fluxomics analysis of microorganisms by using labeling experiments. Metabolic quantification and functional analysis of a number of Escherichia coli strains evolved on various carbon sources are currently investigated. He is also interested in the comprehensive study and comparison of transcriptional and metabolic regulations.
