Biography

I currently work with machine learning techniques on multi-omics datasets with the goal of elucidating and comparing the underlying regulatory networks. I also leverage these types of techniques and datasets with constraint-based tools and genome-scale models of metabolism and expression to further understand E. coli's aerobic bioenergetics and inherent plasticity.
