Research Emphasis

My research is focused on mechanistic whole-cell modeling of human red blood cell metabolism. I developed computational modeling software and workflows to facilitate scalable personalized modeling of red blood cells.


Biography

After receiving my B.S. Bioengineering; Biotechnology from UC San Diego, I joined SBRG as a graduate student. I have several years of experience teaching undergraduate students as both a teaching assistant and course instructor, creating instructional materials and giving lectures. I am skilled in python programming for scientific computation.
